I am a one woman operation so the likelihood is that I am working on the next batch and you’re still in luck! So, please reach out to alert me what item your interested in and I can give you an update on if the item is being re-stocked and the expected lead time.
If you need to correct any information on your order and it has not already shipped, please contact us ASAP with your order number & the info that needs to be changed. We understand these things can happen!
Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel an order. If the order has already been processed, we can only accept a return/refund after we agree to cancel and the items have been returned back to us.
If you ordered the wrong item or ordered by mistake, please reach out ASAP or within 24 hours so we can help authorize a refund and/ or switch the item before shipping.

Materials, Care & More
Gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or base metal, usually brass. We use 14K gold fill which is beautiful in color and quality and is generally long lasting and waterproof.
Gold Plated jewelry goes through a process called ‘electroplating’ to cover it with a layer of gold to create its finished look. The base is usually brass. We use 18 and 24K gold plating. The color is usually slightly warmer, with more of a gloss or "finished" look.
Gold Vermeil is when a gold coating is used over sterling silver. We use 14k gold vermeil.
Brass is an alloy that's composed of zinc and copper, which gives it the gold color we all know and love. Its similar in color to real gold and much like silver, it can be polished back to its original color and shine forever! You get the look of solid gold for a fraction of the price!
925 Sterling Silver is an alloy composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. It Is bright and reflective and with a cooler tone its a classic compliment to sun kissed skin and mixing with other pieces like brass.

In general, we recommend that you remove your jewelry before sleeping, swimming and showering for example, and that you avoid exposure to cleaning chemicals, perfumes, and sunscreen. Store your jewelry in a protective box or bag away from moisture to prolong it's life and to reduce the need for much care or maintenance.
For brass and sterling silver, a yellow sunshine polishing cloth is great for a quick shine-up or Bar Keepers friend for a deeper clean.

We do not use any of the common allergens like lead, nickel or cadmium in any of our jewelry or plating.
We use 925 sterling silver, 14k gold fill, brass (composed of copper & zinc) and sometimes stainless steel for certain earring posts. Many of our customers with sensitivites have had no issues.

Shipping & Returns
While we always aim to ship ASAP, orders can take 2-5 business days after order placement.
Standard domestic shipping via USPS typically arrives within 1-3 days however, this can vary depending on destination, or if there are any delays during holidays for example. Expedited shipping can be selected and purchased at checkout if needed.
International can take up to 4 weeks depending on the destination, customs and mail carrier.
Wholesale orders can take 2-4 weeks after order placement and is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
If your package or items arrive damaged or missing, please contact us at nordymade@gmail.com immediately so we can follow up and file a claim with the mail carrier. Please provide the following information:
1. Order #
2. Photos of Item(s) that are damaged
3. Photos of shipment box if damaged
4. Brief description what happened or how the package showed up.
Once we receive your request, we will either submit a claim to the post office and/or let you know about getting replacements sent.
We hope you love your new jewelry but in the event that its not exaclty what you wanted, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and explain your needs.
Please provide your name, order number and a description and photos if neccessary and we will figure out a way to help. If accepted, returns must be sent back 21 days after purchse.
