Refund policy
We hope you love your new jewelry but in the event that its not exaclty what you wanted, please let us know within 7 days of receieving your order and explain your needs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nordymade@gmail.com Please provide your name, order number and what you need. If an item is defective, please provide photos and a breif description.
If your return is accepted, we will let you know where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your items is defecrive, got damaged in shipping or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately via email and attach photos so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special custom orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please reach out within 7 days and let us know at nordymade@gmail.com. We will give you instruction and an address for the return. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Returns are accepted for 21 adays after purchse date. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nordymade@gmail.com.
